Every order placed earns you points: 1 euro spent equals 1 point earned.

Earned points are credited to your loyalty points balance upon delivery of your order; in the meantime, your points carry the status pending acquisition.

When you reach x loyalty points, your points are automatically converted into a store credit in the amount of x, valid for one month and usable both online and in-store.

A store credit creation confirmation email is sent to you after each point conversion.

In the event of a refund, the same process applies: the same number of points will be deducted from your loyalty balance as the amount of euros refunded. Your balance may therefore appear negative.

In-store, following the creation of a store credit, a store credit receipt will be handed to you in person.

Every euro spent is rewarded hassle-free, with no extra loyalty card needed. Your points accumulate automatically and regularly entitle you to store credits.

Using your store credits online couldn't be easier. Shop as usual and head over to your Cart to place your order.

At step 4 (Payment), if you have available store credits, a list of them will be displayed along with a note summarizing the terms of use.

Select your available store credits one by one to deduct their amount from your order total. You can change your selection at any time by removing the store credit from your payment.

If the total amount of your store credits covers your order total, proceed to pay for your order by clicking the "Pay with my store credits" button. Otherwise, simply pay the difference using your preferred payment method.

In-store, simply present your store credit receipt to apply it to your order total.

All store credits are listed in your account area by accessing the Store Credits menu.

All your store credits are accessible and usable during the payment step of your order.

You won't forget a thing: reminder emails are sent at 3 different intervals before your store credits expire.
